Law That Governs This Agreement

You agree to bring any claims arising under this Agreement exclusively in the federal courts of the State of Pennsylvania. If any provision of this Agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed sever able from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Vinyl Window Wells may modify this Agreement at any time by simply updating this posting and without notice to you. You will be bound by all such modifications, whether or not you have notice thereof.
