Since 1998 Vinyl Window Wells has manufactured and installed thousands
of their patent pending basement egress window well systems.
The business was started to provide the “plain community” in the Lancaster PA area with a cost effective way to maximize the use of their basements.
Typically basements in this area are used for group meetings and social gatherings. Since most homes in this area do not have electricity, a way was needed to have light, ventilation, as well as a means of exit in an emergency.
A number of people have installed these systems around the entire perimeter of their home! The 30 year warranty speaks to the legendary quality and craftsmanship for which people from this area are known. The unique design allows for the manufacturing of custom sizes and widths up to 16 feet.
